Terms Of Service

At our salon, we have established strict policies to ensure the highest quality of service and a safe environment for all clients. Adherence to these policies is essential, and we expect our clients to follow them diligently. Failure to comply may result in our inability to provide services. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in maintaining our salon's standards.

All deposits, services, and retail sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling and cancellations should be done at least 24 hrs in advance through your confirmation email or text.

Last minute cancellations and no call no shows will result in 50% fee and may result in not being able to book indefinitely.

Please no extra guests unless they are being serviced.

If you expected different outcomes,with your results, you have up to 10 days to request a revision at our salon.

Please have hair properly prepped. Dry, in it’s natural state, and clean.

We have rights to refuse services to any guest and will return $30 deposit if we choose to refuse service.
