Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can make an appointment by booking through our website. We drop availability the second to last Monday of every month for the next month. Please keep in mind this is subject to change. If there is no open appointments on the calendar, that means we are fully booked.

  • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through your confirmation email or text.

    There are buttons that allow you to do so. Keep in mind, you will not receive your deposit back when canceling. Additionally, there is a possibility you will be charged 50% of the service if you cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Please have your hair clean, dry, and in its natural state for your appointment. Leave in conditioner is fine. Day 1-2 hair is fine. Tight buns, ponytails, or hats can alter your curl pattern and make it harder to create your desired look.
